This Association and through it's Management Committee defines and enforces the regulations of the Old Village, proposed and approved by the majority of the owners in the annual meeting.

It is also the Association job to maintain the high living standards and to guarantee the services such as security, gardening, and maintenance of pool areas and conservation of common areas within the complex.

The Associations also exist to assist the owners and visitors of the Old Village in any way we can, and to make sure that the Old Village is to them as pleasant as can be.
